Classic West Sussex Pad on the South Downs

2nd Feb 2012

We have been invited back to do further works on a quite breathtaking estate overlooking Chichester W sussex . It was a good opportunity to have a look at works that we did approximately 5 years ago . For such a windswept inhospitable site , the percentage losses were minimal, and it was a joy to walk through the maturing garden a few weeks ago with my camera .

The wild flower meadow has worked a treat with the wonderful juxtaposition between the wild flowers and grasses and the neatly maintained Rolawn lawn , while I loved the detail of litchens on the weathered yorkstone.

Our latest work consists of a parterreĀ  an avenue of lime trees and a roof garden and I hope we can have some photos on completion later this year
