Customer Care Manager Rob
Rob is responsible with all aspects of customer care issues, especially in the commercial department. He works closely with James and Patrick making sure that any problems are dealt with as quickly as possible and clients are happy.
Rob also works closely with our Yard manager, overseeing the fleet management, managing Hilti software, staff workwear and helping Julia with managing the ISO H&S standards.
In his free time Rob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking his dogs for walks and mor important being a keen supporter of Portsmouth Football Club .
